“In the end we will not remember the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” As stated by Martin Luther King Jr, no other words could be truer. In a world where “trends” shift who and when we show our support, this video campaign aims to directly share the message that trendy or not: it is vital, necessary, to stand with our Black community every single day.

The purpose of this video is to “fill the seats.”
How?

We want to showcase how 61 years after MLK’s famous “I have a dream” speech, the conversation is the same, but the audience isn’t. This video is intentionally jolting- calling people to take a seat and listen to their Black peers when they talk about their challenges and hopes for the future.

Many know MLK but do they know what he said or what he stood for? This video will directly use prompts from MLK’s speech to educate audiences on what he stood for and also to showcase how similar the conversation is today,

I led a comprehensive branding initiative for 

, a specialized healthcare provider, which included developing a sophisticated visual identity, a user-friendly website, and a series of educational videos. The visual identity was designed to reflect 

's commitment to clinical expertise while maintaining an approachable and compassionate tone, ensuring that patients felt both confident in their care and comfortable discussing sensitive health topics.

The website redesign played a crucial role in enhancing user experience, with streamlined navigation that provided clear, accessible information about services and medical procedures. It also featured easy pathways for booking appointments and accessing educational content, strengthening the provider’s digital presence.

In addition, I produced a series of educational videos that explained medical procedures in simple, accessible language. These videos were designed to address common patient questions and concerns, helping patients feel more informed and empowered about their treatment options. By combining strong branding, a functional website, and clear educational content, 

 was able to build greater trust with its patients and position itself as a compassionate, expert resource in healthcare.

The Northern Women’s Centre is a non-profit organization committed to supporting, educating, and advocating for the diverse needs of women in Northern British Columbia. They needed a refreshed brand identity and website that better reflected their mission and values while improving accessibility for their community. I led a full rebrand and website redesign, working to modernize their visual identity, clarify their messaging, and create a more welcoming, user-friendly online experience. The goal was to empower the organization with tools to better communicate their services, connect with supporters, and serve local women with dignity and clarity.

The video walks viewers through the home buying process in a clear, concise format. Designed with motion graphics and a structured narrative, the video simplifies a complex topic and strengthens Rebecca's authority as a trusted guide for home buyers. The project goal was to create a visually engaging, educational asset that Rebecca could use across social platforms and on her website to build trust and attract new clients.

I led a comprehensive brand transformation for the Prince George Humane Society, focusing on three core areas: visual identity, website redesign, and a strategic communications plan. The primary objective was to educate the community about the full scope of their work and increase donor support for their animal welfare mission across Northern BC.

The redesigned visual identity now reflects the Humane Society's compassionate yet professional approach, making them more recognizable and trustworthy. The website overhaul was a key element in this strategy, not only enhancing user experience but also providing a clearer, more engaging narrative about the organization's impact and the urgent need for support. By better showcasing the Humane Society’s initiatives, successes, and ongoing efforts, the site now serves as a powerful tool to inform and inspire action.

The strategic communications plan was focused on refining messaging to highlight the breadth of the Humane Society’s work, making the case for why donations are crucial to sustaining their mission. By educating the community about the range of services and initiatives they provide, I helped create a cohesive story that strengthened relationships with existing supporters while attracting new donors. This transformation resulted in an enhanced community presence and a more effective means of driving both awareness and financial support for their animal welfare initiatives.

I produced two engaging videos for CrossFit Northern Ice, each with the goal of drawing viewers deeper into the story and building emotional investment. The first video focuses on the inspiring journey of the owners — from their humble beginnings to running the 

 for the second consecutive year, now the largest CrossFit competition in Northern BC. This video highlights not only their passion and commitment but also their vision of community, showing how far they’ve come and the impact they’ve made in the local fitness scene. The intention was to connect viewers with their journey, making them feel part of this incredible growth.

The second video takes a storytelling approach to capture the heart of the event itself. Through dynamic footage and a compelling narrative, it immerses viewers in the energy of the competition, showcasing the athletes, the hard work, and the fierce community spirit. This recap video is designed to pull people into the excitement of the event, evoking the emotions of accomplishment, teamwork, and passion that define the 

. The goal was to not only share the story of the event but also to encourage others to get involved and feel part of something bigger.

Battle In The North 2024

EMPOWERU was a financial literacy event hosted in collaboration between UNBC, RBC, and Le Cercle Français, designed to provide Black and racialized students with accessible financial education. The project addressed a key gap: the lack of accessible, inclusive financial guidance for racialized communities. My role was to produce visual content that not only documented the event but extended its impact beyond the room. I created two videos—one sharing the vision of the organizers and one capturing testimonials from attendees—as well as a set of photos that highlighted the energy, connection, and empowerment felt throughout the event. The goal was to create a content package that could educate, inspire, and promote future programming around financial equity and inclusion.
